1 nos. Walnut Tree - Reduce crown as it overhangs garden too much causing excessive shading and access to lawned area. Prune back 2 branches off garage to prevent damage to the roof tiles/roof structure of garage. Arboriculturist to carry out works. 1 nos.

1 nos Silver Birch - fell because of excessive shading to two properties and low amenity value (in back garden). Replace with lower height tree (yet to be decided), preferences include fruit trees, cherry blossom, magnolia. Have conducted own research into

Sycamore (T1) - Remove due to large cavity at the base. It is a very mature tree and is now in a state of decline. There are agricultural and residential buildings underneath so removal is the best option.

Monkey Puzzle (T1) - fell because of excessive height and spread, safety (eye-level branches) and shading. Non-native species.

Ash Tree - removal of the upper part of the tree leaving in place a short length of trunk, two ash side-shoots and the roots. Recently lost a large branch.
